PBS for Schools

Our Behaviour Consultants have a lot of experience in helping nurseries and schools to improve pupil behaviour by teaching communication skills and reducing barriers to learning.

What is PBS?

PBS is a person-centred approach to supporting people with learning disabilities. It has demonstrated its effectiveness in helping parents/carers understand and recognise the needs of their child/young person.

Please see below for just a few of the things we can offer through PBS:

Assessment-

We provide assessments on a child’s skill set, identifying barriers to learning and identifying the function of behaviour.

Staff Training -

We provide CPD training for staff to implement PBS strategies, or on the job training for staff who support a specific child.

Qualified PBS Consultants-

Our consultants are post graduates in Behaviour Analysis, Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and UKBA(cert) with over 10 years experience in collaborating with educators, Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to support children with ASD, Learning Disability and social communication difficulties in nurseries, mainstream and SEN schools.
